Our rates
Initial Psychiatric Evaluation
In Person or Tele Health ~ this appointment will be focused on reviewing your full mental health and physical history. We will spend time reviewing current and past history of impairing symptoms and review recommendations for treatment.
60 mins | $500
Psychiatric Follow Up’s
In Person or Tele Health ~ this time will be spent evaluating your progress and following up on your care. Follow up appointments will be scheduled either: Monthly, Every Two Months or Every Three Months if stable and doing well. These are required to continue care/medication management/refills.
30 mins | $200
Currently at this time, our practice is private pay only. At this moment, we do not contract with any insurance companies but will be in the near future. We are happy to provide you with superbills (invoices) that you may submit to your insurance provider for potential reimbursement if you have out of network benefits.
